Chicago Irish Film Festival Policies
The following terms and conditions apply to both the Chicago Irish Film Festival (CIFF) annual festival or year-round events. Bearing a ticket or pass to Chicago Irish Film Festival signifies agreement to all terms and conditions. By accepting possession or by using a ticket, Passholder and/or Ticket holder is legally bound to comply with these Terms, and the original authorized purchaser and any Authorized Recipient agree to inform all their respective guests of these Terms with due diligence. CIFF reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Code of Conduct
The CIFF is committed to providing guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. The CIFF does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or violence—verbal, physical, sexual or otherwise—towards our staff, volunteers, guests, or attendees. We reserve the right to revoke access to those who engage in such conduct.
CIFF strictly prohibits weapons of any kind at CIFF venues during its festivals and year-round events. No exceptions.
CIFF reserves the right to refuse service.
Age Restrictions
Packages, passes or individual tickets may only be used by individuals 13 years or older. Tickets to individual events may be available for individuals under 13 years of age but over 4 years of age. You are responsible for all minors for whom you purchase a package, pass or ticket. All minors must be accompanied by you, or their legal guardian.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any package, pass or individual ticket.
Events, programs, and screenings are subject to access limitations at the discretion of CIFF.
Copyright / Use of Electronic Devices
The use of electronic devices during film screenings is Strictly Prohibited and Enforceable by Law. Electronic devices are not permitted to be used during a screening. Turn off and put away all electronic devices when in the theater.
Due to piracy prevention efforts by our film suppliers, personal property may be subject to a physical search upon entrance to CIFF Venues. The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted work is illegal. Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without monetary gain, is investigated by the FBI and is punishable by up to five years in federal prison and a hefty fine.
Accessibility, Assistive Devices, and Service Animals
Most theaters have accessible seating, assistive device options, and service animal policies. Please contact the theater ahead of time for further details.

Sales
Sales for Festival packages, passes and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Purchase Limits
Customer limits for purchased tickets, packages and passes include items for personal use and items bought and gifted to others. The limits are as follows:

Viewer Discretion
Films in our program can include mature themes/adult content, films are unrated, viewer discretion is advised.
By purchasing/receiving admission to our CIFF and attending our screening(s) or event(s), you irrevocably grant CIFF all rights to audio and visual recordings made of you and the use of your name, likeness, and performance throughout the world in perpetuity in any and all media now or hereafter known, for any and all uses, including commercial and advertising, promotional uses through social media, website postings or any other form of media outlet without any payment to or approval from you. You hereby waive any claim against CIFF and its designees resulting from the use of the images/recordings other rights granted by you.
Patrons voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to Festival events, whether occurring before, during, or after the event or any other event connected to the festival. Patrons voluntarily agree that Chicago Irish Film Festival and its facilities, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, supervisors, volunteers, and respective agents are expressly released from any injuries or claims arising from any Cinema and/or Festival event.
