1. After purchasing your pass(es), log-in to your Elevent account.
Be sure to bookmark the page and save your password.
2. Once there, click on the blue “Fulfill Pass” button at the top right of your screen. This will take you to the festival homepage on the Elevent website where you can browse the films and select as many as are included with your pass(es).
3. Add ticket(s) per film, click ‘Add to cart’.
4. When you’re finished fulfilling your pass(es), click ‘Checkout’ and then ‘Complete Fulfillment’.
5. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
6. Passes will be available for pick up at the Festival Will Call table.
1. After selecting your film(s) and adding the ticket(s) to the cart, continue to checkout. From the checkout, you will be prompted to sign-in or register an account with Elevent (our ticketing system) to complete your purchase.

3. Print your ticket or download to your phone.
4. Arrive at the selected theater at least 15 minutes before screening.

3. Decide how you want to watch the films, you can only pick one device — your computer, tablet, or phone. You can connect your device to your TV with an HDMI cable.
4. Follow the link from your email confirmation or login to https://virtual.goelevent.com.

2. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
3. You will receive a separate ‘virtual access’ email with a link to the film one hour before the film becomes available, unless you purchased your ticket after the film is already viewable, in which case, you will receive this within minutes of your order confirmation email.
4. Enter the respective voucher code under the Ticket Holders section of our Festival Virtual Portal at virtual.goelevent.com.
5. Then sit back and enjoy the film.
